UPS Ground is used for most shipments, unless you select an alternative shipping method (e.g., UPS 2nd Day, UPS Priority, and Saturday delivery are available at an extra charge.)
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped on the next business day.
Due to the size and/or weight of some of products, not all items are available for overnight delivery or 2nd day delivery.
As a security measure, we recommend shipping to your place of business. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico are shipped UPS 2nd Day.
Oversized or bulky items will be assessed an additional charge (see below).

Damaged & Defective Merchandise
Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
Note: 2nd Day and Next Day options are not available via the web on orders containing any of the special items listed above. These orders will be shipped standard ground.
